  Ive been with US pest for a while and they have done an excellent job. I have recently cancelled for reasons that are no fault of US PEST and their customer service team did an excellent job in reaching out to me to give me tips and people to reach out to while no longer being a paid customer.

  There service technician "Cricket" was the only reason I did not change providers earlier and stayed over 7 yrs! The lady who answered the phone and hung up on me is why they get 1 star and not 2! There customer service is sub par. Buyer beware, DO NOT purchase there vents! They will come lose from your house. The installer will even glue the bricks back in place and you will be picking up the mortar that used to hold the bricks in place!
